Pets Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property.
Number of guests The maximum number of guests is 6, and we reserve the right to ask the whole group to leave the premises immediately, without refund of the rental fee paid, if this number is exceeded. The parking of caravans, campers or tents is not allowed. Our guests may invite visitors to eat and stay, but only if noise emissions are avoided. Overnight stays of visitors are not permitted.
Access for the disabled The plot is a French house with some steps outside to the entrance, the terrace and the swimming pool area. As a result, the property may not meet the needs of people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Please enquire before booking if you require further information.
At this time, the Covid virus is in circulation. "Hygiene" is of utmost importance to us. We disinfect as much as possible with alcohol.
We also give the Corona Guarantee: if you cannot spend your holiday with us on the reserved dates due to the measures imposed by the government, we will refund the amount you paid in advance.
Payments With regard to payments, it is very important that you also read the following sections Cancellation by YOU, Cancellation by US and DAMAGE AWARDS.
Your holiday rental booking includes the following payments:
a) With the deposit of 30% of the rental price we reserve the house for the requested period. For confirmation you will receive a reservation contract from us.
b) The balance of 70% is due at the latest 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. After that you will receive the rental contract. If the payment is not received in full and on time, the reservation expires. We will then try to re-let the house for that period. If this is successful, we will refund the deposit minus any costs incurred for re-letting.
c) Please note that full payment is due for bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
d) The refundable breakage/damage deposit is €400 per stay, this is payable in cash on commencement of your holiday and will also be returned to you in cash on the day of your departure, less any damage.
Please check the rental property on arrival to see if any damage or breakages are already present. If any are found (including parasols, deck chairs and garden furniture), please notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for these at the end of your stay. If requested, a log can be made.
Your belongings Personal items and luggage are excluded from liability at all times.
Vehicles Cars can be parked in front of the garage outside the gate or on grass inside the property. No liability can be accepted for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Cleaning We kindly ask you to leave the property in a clean condition as you arrived. Garbage and bottles must be disposed of. Otherwise an additional cleaning fee of 30 € per hour will be charged, which will be deducted from your deposit for breakage/damage.
Breakdowns We cannot be held responsible for any noise or disturbances that originate outside the boundaries of the property and are beyond our control.
Noise On the other hand, we ask our guests to be considerate of neighbours and not to make excessive noise. Listening to music Festivities etc. are to be avoided after 10 pm.
Please note that in France it is strictly forbidden to fire fireworks privately.
An absolute fire ban also applies to open fires.
Internet access The property has WIFI, which generally works well - but we cannot guarantee its performance and availability.
Downloads of movies, music etc. are strictly prohibited. If fines are imposed, we will immediately pass them on to you and inform the relevant authorities.
Smoking Guests are allowed to smoke in the garden and on the terrace, smoking is prohibited in the house.
Travel, personal and cancellation insurance We recommend all our guests to take out travel, liability and cancellation insurance.

Check if the dates you want are available by checking the calendar on the Availability page. Register your interest using the contact form. We will contact you to confirm the provisional reservation and ask you for the deposit of 30% of the rental price. We will also inform you of the details (IBAN) for the payment. We will then send you a reservation contract and the dates will be entered in our calendar.
If you book less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment is due immediately. In this case you will receive the rental contract from us.
We will confirm all transactions by e-mail.
Cancellation by you
a) Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: The payments received will be refunded.
b) Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: Payments made will NOT be refunded. If the house can be re-let for the period, we will refund the amounts paid, less any costs incurred in re-letting.
Cancellation by us
From today's perspective, it is highly unlikely that we will need to make any changes to confirmed arrangements. However, if for any reason beyond our control we are unable to make the property available, we will cancel the booking and refund all monies paid in full
Breakage/Damage - Security Deposit
For all bookings the refundable breakage/damage deposit is €400. This is payable in cash at the start of the holiday. It will also be refunded in cash at the end of the holiday, less any damage.
If the cost of breakage, damage, cleaning etc. exceeds the deposit, you will be liable to pay the difference.
